Good Morning, HERRRNANDO COUNTYYYYYYYY

Well, here I go ........ Starting a BLOG ....... My plan is to address every issue germane to the well being of Hernando County. I plan to express my views on issues based on , documented, researched, and verified fact(s). I do not intend to get mired in frivolity or emotional nonsense. However, I will from time to time express my opinion of surfaced facts but will always announce to every reader "this is my opinion". I will provide the facts and then state my opinion of the facts.



I intend to attack controversy from a factual point of view. I will not shy away form controversy for the sake of expediency or back off to avoid being labeled a "NAY SAYER".



I welcome responses to my sayings with the hope the response generates productive dialog and provide an educational event for all. Please recognize I only speak for myself and will not accept attacks of my person based on a reading of my opinion. An opinion does not make a person and I plan to follow that golden rule when dealing with others.



My first BLOG will be on the Brooksville Housing Authority, the firing of Ronnie McLean from that Authority and the devastating effects as a result of Ronnie McLean and Steve Zelendon being a part of the Authority, HUD's "do nothing" approach of regulating the Authority, the hundred of thousands of dollars it will take to fix the Authority, the existing dominant issues facing the Authority, the cost to the County if the Authority is transferred to the County, and, in adherence to my promise, I will write an opinion on what steps are necessary to get the Authority out of the hole.



Expect that Blog no later than Monday of next week.



I intend to write a Blog for publishing weekly, hopefully each Monday.
